With over 13 years of experience in Product Design, I’ve had the privilege of leading the patient experience at One Medical, shaping the future of healthcare. I’ve also built Slant, a community for product enthusiasts, led the design of MobileIron’s mobile app suite, and consulted for Target and Goldman Sachs.

Design Strategy
Led a redesign of patient-facing apps on iOS, Android and Web at One Medical.
Outcome
Delivered consistent, scalable, implementations on iOS, Android and Web patient applications. We optimized patient workflows and brought the product in-line with brand.
Highlight
The iOS app now with 4.9 stars and over 42K reviews on the app store.
Service Design
Led a team to build comprehensive and usable service maps to inform the customer experience vision.
Outcome
Conducted research and developed service design maps for core workflows that were utilized across the company. Delivered actionable tech recommendations that informed product strategy.
Highlight
Creation of an animated video and company-wide roadshow to bring the experience vision to life.
Management
Helped grow the Product Design and Research team from 2 to 30+ wonderful members.
Outcome
Hired diverse talent and created a structure for professional development. Designers served as trusted domain experts, partnering effectively with engineering and product teams.

High retention rate and job satisfaction among my direct reports and teammates.
Product Design
Redesigned booking and search, implementing AI-driven care-routing.
Outcome
Enhanced user experience and streamline patient access. Implemented a conversational UI using Machine Learning that routed patients accurately and enabled swift adaptations during COVID-19.
Highlight
Significant increase in properly booked appointments and reduction in inventory waste. Overwhelmingly positive feedback on design from patients.
Collaboration
Integrated Amazon Pharmacy delivery into One Medical experiences by partnering with various organizations.
Outcome
Delivered a streamlined and patient-centric version of a complex sign-up process by bringing various teams from One Medical and Amazon together.
