About Me

Build technology to improve the human experience

Faded Post-It, same goal.

Hi, I’m Preethi! I love to play and have always enjoyed making things with my hands. These-days, that looks like help companies design useful, usable and beautiful products.

For the past seven years, I led Product Design for the Member Experience at One Medical (now Amazon), creating seamless healthcare experiences. Before that, I redesigned Slant, a community for product enthusiasts, and led mobile design at MobileIron (now Ivanti). Earlier in my career, I consulted for Target and Goldman Sachs, but healthcare is where I found my calling. Luckily, I found my passion for design early, when I was studying Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University. I went on to get my Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from CMU.

I care deeply about designing meaningful experiences at the intersection of healthcare and technology. My mission is to reduce healthcare costs while improving access and outcomes for everyone. Whether I’m crafting patient care flows or rethinking core technologies, I balance craft and strategy to deliver impactful solutions.

I love building teams that share this vision. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading and mentoring talented designers, hosting workshops and events, and elevating the quality of the experiences we deliver. My favorite part of the process is seeing design decisions come to life as code and evolve into functional, impactful products.

In addition to my work as a designer, I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a focus on Women’s Health. I integrate coaching principles into my design practice, fostering empathy and collaboration. Check out www.coachpreethi.com to learn more about my practice.

I am based in Washington, D.C. and I recharge by painting or paddleboarding when I’m not working.
